Polo Line will use received e-mails with your personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling your requests, i.e. providing the requested services.
Reservations
When booking accommodation, travel or other services of the Polo Line travel agency, the personal data of the holder of the reservation, who must be of legal age (eg name, address, contact phone number) and data of other users of the service (eg name, date of birth) will be required. Only necessary data for the implementation of the service will be available exclusively to the partners in the implementation of the accommodation service (accommodation owners), transportation (transfer service providers) and insurance.
The information we require from you when making a reservation through our website is your name, phone number, date of arrival and departure to the destination, number of adults and children for whom you are requesting the service, age of the children for whom you are requesting the accommodation service, preferred language of communication and e- email address.
